North Korea?
Of course, all of you praying for Michael and following our journey have been asking what kind of impact North Korea's actions could have on the adoption. Brian and I are only mildly concerned, as it seems North Korea is highly dependant on South Korean aid. It seems unlikely that there would be aggression towards South Korea, but I decided to e-mail CHSFS' Korea program coordinator to ask a few questions. She is in Seoul right now. Her reply was that Michael's home coming would absolutely NOT be affected. Tomorrow (Wednesday) is 6 weeks since referral acceptance. We are still hoping to travel the first week of November.
CONGRATULATIONS are in order for Megan, Nic, Corrin and little baby Noah! Some of you remember, Megan, Corrin and Noah are currently in Bogotá, Colombia waiting to bring Noah home. They recently received word that the process is nearly complete and they should be home soon! I can't wait to get our little guys together...
Please continue to pray for Michael's health, safety and speedy legal process. Also, for safe travel for Megan, Corrin and Noah. Your prayers and encouragement have carried us to this point and for that we are forever greatful!
