December 5th, 2006 Mikey and I made that 18 hour journey home. It is just amazing to think that an entire year has passed since that day, yet it seems like Michael has always been a part of our family. To say that Mikey has brought so much joy to our family is an understatement. In fact, his sisters are asking for "another one"! Sorry girls... we can barely handle you 3 for now.
I find myself thinking a lot about Michael's biological and foster moms in Korea these days. A debt of gratitude I'll never be able to repay exists - all we can do is love Mikey with all of our hearts, and he makes that very easy.

Oh my goodness! What a beautiful montage. Mikey---you are just as cute as can be. It's obvious how much your sisters and parents love you. We think they are wonderful---and we're so fortunate to have shared this amazing process and time in Korea together. Happy One Year family Day!!
