8 months old!

I really cannot believe that Michael is 8 months old and has been home nearly 3 months now! He has changed so much since December 5th. He has gained over 3 lbs. and 3.5 inches. He "cruises" the furniture and chases the cat. There is no doubt he is calling me mama and Brian dada, and also appears to be saying baba discriminately as well. He is just so happy and smiley and ready to giggle, he is such a joy. Sleeping has continued to be a challenge, some nights are better than others but we still have never seen him go more than 5 hours without waking for a snack. Last week we dealt with our first ear infection so sleep came in 2 hour increments. Our boy also refuses to eat baby food, but prefers "real" food cut into tiny bits, which just makes mommy nervous. We also appear to have another Elmo fanatic on our hands ~ at least we are equiped with various Elmo's which once belonged to the big sisters. We just cannot believe how blessed we are to be parents to these three beautiful kids.
We got 14 inches of snow this weekend! The girls had a great time with it, Mikey not so much. He really just wanted to go back in the warm house, which is FINE with mama!
